The Circuit Breaker measures implemented to help slowdown the spread of COVID-19 has affected many F&B businesses. Botan is no exception.

We are migrating to an online order and delivery model. We hope our valued customers will be able to help us support our business and our workers. 

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    The FAQ title can be adjusted in the settings tab of the App Settings. You can also remove the title by unchecking its checkbox in the settings tab.
  • Why is your online menu so limited?
    As a brick and mortar restaurant business, frankly, we were not prepared to shift into a online ordering model as the circuit breaker measures were implemented. We are trying, but will require more time as we move into fully-supported online operations. In the meanwhile, please view our entire menu here and call us at 9271 5004.
  • I called...but the Chef said that there is no availability of certain ingredients. Why is that so?
    Botan is committed to serving authentic Japanese cuisine with the freshest ingredients. The COVID-19 outbreak has resulted in reduced flight capacity which has disrupted supply chains. Whilst we are unable to receive our usual extensive supply of fresh fish, meat and produce, if there is something you are desperately craving for - we will see how we can serve up something that will satiate your craving!
