Why is your online menu so limited?

As a brick and mortar restaurant business, frankly, we were not prepared to shift into a online ordering model as the circuit breaker measures were implemented.

I called...but the Chef said that there is no availability of certain ingredients. Why is that so?

Botan is committed to serving authentic Japanese cuisine with the freshest ingredients. The COVID-19 outbreak has resulted in reduced flight capacity which has disrupted supply chains. 
 
Whilst we are unable to receive our usual extensive supply of fresh fish, meat and produce, if there is something you are desperately craving for - we will see how we can serve up something that will satiate your craving!
